Each year, our master distiller works with Becks Hybrids to select a new corn seed varietal. That corn seed varietal is proudly displayed on the label, along with the unique mashbill that is different from our traditional Bourbon Whiskey mashbill.

The first edition of Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged for six years in rickhouse W3 on the third, fourth and fifth floors. It was bottled without chill filtration at 107 proof. The corn seed varietal chosen for this release was Becks 6158.

• Aroma:Apples and pears with notes of fresh oak
• Taste:Plentiful orchard fruit with bright floral and spice notes
• Finish:Slight oaky sweetness with peppery spice

The finish is long and very spicy, with good interplay of chocolate sweetness, anise, understated dark fruit, and well-balanced oak. A pleasant cross-section of flavors that all work well together.”
