Introduction

Stphane Regnaults Dorien N80 is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Ogers Chemin de Flavigny vineyard. This cuve blends base vintage 2014 with reserve wines aged in solera since 2010. Fermentation occurs partly in stainless steel and used barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation and about 5 years on lees. Disgorged with low dosage (~2 g/L).

The wine offers bright citrus, white flowers, brioche, and chalky minerality with a creamy mousse and vibrant, saline finish. Its a precise, elegant Champagne built for aging and gastronomy.
